📚 What We Cover on the Day:

🧠 Part 1 — Mindset & Confidence
We start by getting you out of your head and into your body. Through improv-based exercises and intention setting, you'll unlock the mental state that makes great speaking possible. You'll discover what your "Speaker Superpower" actually is and how to use it.

🌬️  Part 2 — Power Source: Breath, Body & Voice
This is where most speakers are losing power without knowing it. You'll learn the breathing techniques used by professional performers, how to manage nerves in real time, and how to connect your breath to your voice so it carries authority instead of anxiety.

🎤 Part 3 — Voice Mastery
Articulation. Resonance. Pitch. Pace. Projection. We work through your 10-Step Vocal Blueprint and you'll identify exactly what you need to work on to sound like the leader you are.

🎯 Part 4 — Presentation Prep & Executive Presence
You'll bring a topic, a speech, or even just an idea and you'll present it. Live. With coaching. You'll learn the difference between Executive Presence and Executive Absence, and you'll leave knowing which one you're projecting and how to change it.
